ANNOUNCE

In the second half of the semester, we're switching up the the Constant Input or Output due dates, instead of every week, you can now post weekly, bi-weekly or tri-weekly. BY THE END OF THE SEMESTER however, your Constant Input or Output needs either 10 posts, or 10 modules, or 10 chapters or 10 discussion points to indicate that even though you might not have been posting each week, you have accumulated assets or produced projects or researched subject matter extensively enough to meet the requirements of the project.

You still are required to post in your sketchbook by EVERY Wednesday.

About Zander

Iโ€™ve been told by my closest friends that Iโ€™ve got a fair amount of idealism in me. Itโ€™s this alternative way of seeing the world, a fearless โ€œwhat ifโ€, that drives me to make something new. Traveling with ambiguity and wandering in the woods long enough to come back with a morsel of creative goodness is what Iโ€™m built to do. Thereโ€™s moments of doubt balanced by over-confident gusto and unbridled optimism, but taking this journey with incredibly talented friends is what itโ€™s all about. Iโ€™ve always been an artist, a tinkerer, a hacker and a doer. I spent over a decade teaching undergraduate and graduate courses at some of the best colleges in the United States. I spent two decades building a studio art practice, showing at galleries and museums around the world. Iโ€™ve spent the bulk of my life experimenting ideas into reality. But, before everything else I was an artist. Pen, paper, line, color, and shape. The basics. Iโ€™m the architect of some of the most interesting creative explorations at Major League Baseball and Iโ€™ve been lucky to work with incredible colleagues to bring things to life. Together weโ€™ve built award winning, innovative experiences that span everything from broadcast to video games to never before seen products on new platforms. Ideas are the easy part, and Iโ€™ve got a bunch. Knowing how to build is always the hardest part.
